See the arabic structure we met :

Nous pouvons signer ce contrat à condition que nous puissions décider qui sera nommé directeur.

بإمكاننا توقيع العقد على أن نَجْعَلْ من الذي سوف يعين كمدير

Then for the second form, we use an infinitive instead of أن نَجْعَلْ like in french à condition de pouvoir établir/nommer...

Pouvoir and établir/décider beeing translated by جعل. So we could use the double transitivity of this verb : نَجْعَلْ أحداً مديراً

It is right ?

Je préfère refaire la mise en pages, quitte à ce que je doive remettre la sortie du livre.
أنا أفضل إعادة تصميم الصفحات حتى لو (كان) يجب عليَّ تأجيل صدور الكتاب

remettre has the meaning of أَخَّرَ.
la sortie is the edition, publication and distribution (in this contexte).

Quitte à = même si (even if).

C'est difficile de donner le sens de "quitte à" :

quitte à
locution prépositionnelle

(Suivi de l'inf. ou de ce que avec le subj.) Sans s'interdire de ; au risque de.

I have some observations :

Pouvoir and établir/décider beeing translated by جعل

I don't know here why do you use جعل, you can find many meanings of these verbs and I can't find this meaning between them.

Nous pouvons signer ce contrat à condition que nous puissions décider qui sera nommé directeur.
بإمكاننا توقيع العقد على أن نَجْعَلْ من الذي سوف يعين كمدير

The use of من here is not right, but if you put it in this way :
بإمكاننا توقيع العقد على أن نَجْعَل أحداً مديراً
Yes this sentence is right but I'm not sure it is the suitable translation.

Pas de soucis ! لا بأس

Pouvoir and établir/décider beeing translated by جعل

Look for the meaning of établir, it fit perfectly with all the meaning of جعل.

We can établir something in a place (concret), or établir a rule (abstract), or a critic/opinion on something or someone. This way, it means also décider because the doers is in full controle (Decider).

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Here the meaning take 2 possibilities, in one. First to give a title (abstract), second, to place on earth (concret).

The syntaxe of this verb is the same in french, this is why there is 2 Object for it : décider de nommer = 1rst Object ; directeur = 2nd object, as attribute for the first Object.

Yes this sentence is right but I'm not sure it is the suitable translation.

Give me what you understand by this arabic sentence. I was looking for an arabic pronoun like the french one : quelqu'un (someone).

We are working on infinitive phrases (نأويل مصدر) so we have to find in arabic a locution with the meaning of "quitte à" + أَنْ .

In short, we need a حرف مصدرية نصب to build a verbal clause.
