I have a question about the rest of the paragraph :

فلم ير في يده شيئاً فتكدر ولام نفسه
على طمعها وعاد فاستلقى في الفراش وأنزل رأسه تحت اللحاف ومد
يده إلى خصمه الموهوم قائلاً هاتها تسعة ولا تزعل

In the words فلم ير , فتكدر , فاستلقى can I use one of the two expressions " alore " and " de sort que " as a translation of the letter "ف" ? or it is not suitable here and could give a weak sentences and meaning ?

Yes, the objective is to translate into French and put all the vowels inchâ-a Allâh.

Ok, I'm trying to translate and who suppose put the vowels ( I mean I can help in putting them if you want to )?

I think we can translate the first two particles by the word "alors" but it would be too cumbersome so I propose to translate the first by "et" :

...ils eurent alors un différend et se disputèrent et quand le débat devint vif entre eux il se réveilla effrayé et (alors il) ne vit rien dans sa main, il devint alors très triste et se reprocha sa cupidité.

Or : ...et alors il ne vit rien dans sa main, il devint donc très triste et se reprocha sa cupidité.

And regarding فاستلقى it is said in the file that عاد فاستلقى means "se recoucher".

Yes عاد فاستلقى means "se recoucher" but in the context we must conjugate the verb : il se recoucha.

I think "قائلا" is a hâl, here it can be translated by "en disant".

You can also delete that there are between parenthesis : "...il se recoucha dans le lit, (et il) mit sa tête sous la couette et (il) tendit sa main à son adversaire imaginaire en disant : ..."

I rewrote the story with the all the corrections according to your notes :

رأى الشيخ نصر الدين أفندي في منامه أن شخصاً أعطاه تسعة
دراهم بدلاً من عشرة كان يطلبها منه فاختلفا وتنازعا ولما احتدم بينهما
الجدال أفاق من نومه مذعوراً فلم ير في يده شيئاً فتكدر ولام نفسه
على طمعها وعاد فاستلقى في الفراش وأنزل رأسه تحت اللحاف ومد
يده إلى خصمه الموهوم قائلاً هاتها تسعة ولا تزعل

Al-cheik Nasrudin Afandi vit dans son rêve qu'une personne lui donna neuf dirhams au lieu de dix qu'il lui demandait,ils eurent alors un différend et se disputèrent et quand le débat devint vif entre eux il se réveilla effrayé et alors il ne vit rien dans sa main, il devint donc très triste et il se reprocha sa cupidité et il se recoucher dans le lit, mit sa tête sous la couette et tendit sa main à son adversaire imaginaire en disant donne moi neuf et ne te fâche pas !
