1- How to describe people.

Essentially, we need the verb to be > être. In arabic, we go through mubtada>khabar, but in french, we need the verb être, example :

Je / suis / étudiant.

Other way to describe a place or an action the used of Il y a, example :

Il y a / un homme dans la maison.

2-How to describe what I'm wearing "using present continuous".

I'm wearing : Je porte (I carry) un manteau.

A classical way to answer to a question :

Quand prends-tu des vacances ? Je prends des vacances answer.

So we take back the verb and its complement : prendre des vacances.
