As in arabic, we don't start a subject with a pronoun, but with the noun. Then, to avoid repetition, we used a pronoun.

La fille est petite. (courte)

Grand(e) / petit(e)

Elle a des (brune) yeux marron.

Here, the adjectif marron don't agree in number with the noun yeux cause it is invariable. Not that the noun singular for des yeux it's un œil.

Elle porte un (noir) pantalon noir.

This is a poetry science the placement of the adjective. There is many nuances, but for now, remember that adjective of colors come after the noun while adjective of mesure come before the noun.

Elle a cheveux courts.

You can say also : Elle a de courts cheveux. Both possibility of placement here.

Elle est (brune.Elle) est (joli).

Say : C'est une jolie brune. Here, brune refer to the color of his hair, we can think it's an adjective, but no, it's a noun. Yes, some adjective became noun, like : un chauve, une blonde, un noir (a black-african), un blanc (a white person) etc.
