The sentences :

-Ma grand-mère souffre de ses jambes tellement elle que n’arrive plus à marcher.

-Il fait bon dans ce chalet tellement les enfants que refusent de retourner à Montréal.

-Le chauffeur a de bons réflexes tant l’accident que fut évité.

-Il a plu pendant plusieurs jours tant le jardin qu'est complètement détrempé.

I have few questions :

يَعْمَلُ جاهِدًا لِدَرَجةِ أَنَّهُ ما عادَ يَخْرُجُ مِنَ المَنْزِلِ
Il travaille tellement qu'il ne sort plus.

This is obvious, here it's about مفعول مطلق and this construction لِدَرَجةِ أَنَّ seems to be a modern one. This is right that the مطلق is not so much used these days ?

The formulation travailler tellement = عمل عملاً

We'll use only tellement...que (and not its synonyme tant....que).

Ma grand-mère souffre de ses jambes. Elle n’arrive plus à marcher.

Tellement is an adverb, so determine here if it works on a verb, a noun or an adjective. We have 2 choices :

- souffrir
- de ses jambes

We can't accuentuate "legs", so it's the verb : souffrir tellement ( تَأَلَّمَ تَأَلُّماً ).

Underline the word which is accentuated, then place tellement...que.

Il fait bon dans ce chalet. Les enfants refusent de retourner à Montréal.

Le chauffeur a de bons réflexes. L’accident fut évité.

Il a plu pendant plusieurs jours. Le jardin est complètement détrempé.

With the relative connector "que", the subject+verb have to follow. Que introduit une proposition (verbale).

With "qui", it's different. After qui the verb comes, because qui is its agent.

This is obvious, here it's about مفعول مطلق and this construction لِدَرَجةِ أَنَّ seems to be a modern one. This is right that the مطلق is not so much used these days ?

No المفعول المطلق used nowadays normally way and there is no change in using it between the past and now.(not less than the past)
لدرحة أن is not modern expression but it may be used now more.

The problem here is this :

The formulation travailler tellement = عمل عملاً

souffrir tellement ( تَأَلَّمَ تَأَلُّماً

You consider "tellement" as a مفعول مطلق is this mean that it has a different meaning in every sentence ?
I don't know how is the sentence could be in arabic with this meanings !?
And how does that work as a consequence ?
