Tafsir al-Jalalayn : ...(dirāran is an object denoting reason)...

ضراراً is a مفعول له

Tanwîr al-Miqbâs min Tafsîr Ibn ‘Abbâs : ...(so that ye transgress (the limits)) that you transgress against them by prolonging their waiting period for them....

لِّتَعْتَدُوا is a مفعول لأجله.

In the second, the doubt remains :

Is مفعول لأجله complément of Goal or Complement of Consequence ? Here it appears as Consequence (so).

What is strange with the analyse you bring : اللام للتعليل و تعتدوا فعل مضارع منصوب بأن مضمرة. He note that there is the particle omited أن and then, he talks of صلة and موصول while it's about تأويل مصدر. I think it's an error.

Could you tell me what is the صلة موصول and the تأويل المصدر ?

صِلة is the process of a kind of connection between a pronoun and a clause. In french it's une proposition relative.
مَوْصُول is the connected pronoun.
This kind of connection is used for description.

تأويل المصدر is the name of a clause which came from a verbal noun (infinitif).

In لِّتَعْتَدُوا the particle أن is compressed between the verb and the preposition ل.

The french translation may guide us to know what kind of Complement we have :

وَلَا تُمْسِكُوهُنَّ ضِرَارًا لِّتَعْتَدُوا ۚ وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَ‌ٰلِكَ فَقَدْ ظَلَمَ نَفْسَهُ
Mais ne les retenez pas pour leur faire du tort : vous transgresseriez alors et quiconque agit ainsi se fait du tort à lui-même.

The punctuation mark introduce a meaning, a conclusion. Another clue it's the word "alors" which use tipically for حال or for consequence.

وَلَا تُمْسِكُوهُنَّ ضِرَارًا لِّتَعْتَدُوا = Mais ne les retenez pas pour leur faire du tort : vous transgresseriez alors...

The verb transgresser comes as Conditional mood, a king of مَجزوم french.

Transgresser means to pass limits, and excéder is a synonym. The noun action for excéder is l'excès (n. masc.), and for transgresser la transgression.

Here in this لتعتدوا and the omitted أن we can call it صلة موصول حرفي and تأويل مصدر the both is right. With أن we can call it صلة موصول حرفي even the إن is omitted. I don't know why do you say it's strange ?

صلة الموصول الحرفي consist of حرف مصدري and it's here أن and verbal sentence لتعتدوا.
