It's about semantic, sens raised by combination between two words :
- verb + adverb is french
- verb + مفعول مطلق in arabic
This works when the adverb tellement work with a verb.
travailler tellement = عمل عملاً
souffrir tellement = تَأَلَّمَ تَأَلُّماً
But french syntaxe allow to introduce une proposition verbale with the tool que (أن or ما), so tellement...que denote a consequence in this syntaxe.
The مفعول مطلق don't denote a consequence, so we need to add it, with an arabic tool like و or specifically ف or ثمّ which introduce "consequence" concept.
Do you see other arabic connector which introduce consequence in arabic ? Or special syntaxe ?
لام تعليل is also possible, with its omited أن then we enter une proposition verbale or infinitive (مصدرية) to express (detail) a consequence.
We are on our subject, fully : Could the Consequence be assimilated to the مفعول له arabic ? It's my hypothesis.

I'm trying to translate this sentence :
Ma grand-mère souffre de ses jambes. Elle n’arrive plus à marcher.
With the connectors you put, but I can't know where I should put المفعول المطلق :
جدتي تتألم تألما من ساقيها و هي لم تعد قادرة على المشي
جدتي تتألم من ساقيها تألما ثم هي لم تعد غير قادرة على المشي
جدتي تتألم من ساقيها تألما فهي لم تعد غير قادرة على المشي
Is this right way to translate ? because I still can't imagine المفول المطلق in these sentences.

But we have another possibility to express consequence in arabic, with the tool حتى or حتى أن, always added with the verb of the main proposition and its مطلق.
Au point que (حتى) Is another connector with closed meaning to tellement... que or tant... que.

بسم اللّه الرحْمن الرحيم
فَاتَّخَذْتُمُوهُمْ سِخْرِيًّا حَتَّىٰ أَنسَوْكُمْ ذِكْرِي وَكُنتُم مِّنْهُمْ تَضْحَكُونَ
Mais vous les avez pris en raillerie jusqu'à oublier de M'invoquer, et vous vous riiez d'eux.
[سورة المؤمنون 23.110]
Here it seems possible to translate :
Mais vous les avez tellement pris en raillerie qu'ils vous ont fait oublier de M'invoquer, et vous vous riiez d'eux.
I think it's even a best translation, because here the agent "ils" appear for the verb "be the cause of the forgetting" (faire oublier/être cause d'un oubli equivalent to form IV أَفْعَلَ).

Even the word سِخْرِيٌّ seems to be a مصدر and then, working as a مطلق for أخذ. Any way, it reflect an adverbe, not an adjective.
سخري - سِخْرِيٌّ :
[ س خ ر ] . ( مصدر سَخَرَ ) . " اِتَّخَذَهُ سِخْرِيّاً " : مَثَارَ اسْتِهْزَاءٍ . المؤمنون آية 110 فاتَّخَذْتُمُوهُمْ سِخْرِيّاً حَتَّى أنْسَوْكُمْ ذِكْرِي ( قرآن ).
سخري - سِخْرِيٌّ :
